Yes, Slovak people like fine wines and that is why we have a tradition of wine making. One of the reasons WE make sparkling wine is LOVE. Love was the reason why a French soldier from a champagne region in France, stayed in Slovakia. He fell in love with a Slovak girl, they got married and he started to do what he was doing at home - champagne. So give it a go and learn how is the sparkling wine made and taste it.
The tour starts in Bratislava. We will go to a town called Sereď, which is situated 55 km from Bratislava.
