Sparkling Wine Tasting in a Small Family Winery

You might be surprised, but parts of Slovakia have the exact right climate and soil to produce incredible sparkling wines. And yes—we make them using the classic méthode traditionnelle, just like in France. We’ll take you for a private tasting of exceptional brut sparkling wines, hosted directly by the owner, winemaker, and sommelier—all in one person. This boutique winery belongs to the top 5 in the country, and you won’t find their bottles in ordinary shops. They produce strictly for fine dining restaurants and top bars across Slovakia and the Czech Republic.

The experience at Hacaj Winery includes a professional guided tasting of 5 different sparkling wine samples (1 dl each), served with bread, cheese, spread, and water.
